How to Access Calendar View
- Navigate to Your Meetings: Go to the Meetings dashboard within Avoma.
- Select the Calendar Icon: Toggle between the List View and Calendar View by clicking the calendar icon at the top right of the page.
- Choose Your View: Select between Daily View for a detailed look at the day’s events or Weekly View for overviews of your week.
Key Details
- See a focused schedule for a selected day, or an overview of your week’s events.
- Navigate back and forth through weeks using the widget at the top.
- Overlapping events are highlighted with vertical borders. Events are color-coded by member, with a color swatch at the top right to help you identify different schedules.
- Hover over any event card to view key details instantly, reducing the need for additional clicks.
