Pipeline views are a collection of CRM properties (Fields) from objects such as Deal, Contact, Company or Lead and Avoma smart categories or Avoma Properties.
You can create it by applying different filters and choosing columns relevant for your review.

With Avoma pipeline views you can combine conversation and engagement data with CRM fields to get accurate status of the deal progress or risks.
Using Pipeline views in Avoma you can create a view by combining the CRM properties (Fields) from different objects such as Deal, Contact, Company and Lead that you import in Avoma which is not possible in your CRM.
You can also add the Avoma smart categories or properties to these views to combine CRM and Conversations data for holistic review.
