If you wish to download (export) the recording or transcript for other uses, you can do so through the Sharing feature or the Download feature.
Avoma records calls and creates transcriptions for post call review. With an integration to your CRM, you can share that same information across the organization.
Downloading a meeting recording and transcript for other reasons can be done through the download button.
How to Download a meeting
To download a meeting recording or transcript through the Download Button, do the following:
- Navigate to the specific meeting page for which you would like to share the recording or transcript.
- Click on the 3 vertical dots for "More Details" in the top-right corner.
- Select the "Download" menu and choose the desired assets to receive.
- Once you click on the "Download" button, the download will initiate and you will receive an email with a link to download your files.
NOTE: You can download a meeting recording and transcript if you're the Host or participant of a meeting, an Admin of the account, or a Manager of the Host.
