By default, meeting recording and transcriptions are available to team members in your organization. To restrict access to the meeting, Avoma provides the functionality of marking the meeting as "private". Marking a meeting as private will restrict access to meeting participants.

Note that participants of the meeting (including the organizer of the meeting) in your organization will always have access to the recording and transcript of the meeting.

Update: We now mark all internal meetings as private meetings. You can also mark a meeting as private manually before or after the meeting.
