How to enable Slack alerts for deal risk, forecast risk, and coaching recommendations

Add-on availability:
- Deal risk and forecast risk alerts are only available with the Revenue Intelligence (RI) add-on.
- Coaching recommendations are only available with the Conversation Intelligence (CI) add-on.
Slack integration:
- Your Slack workspace must be connected to Avoma.

To create a new alert in Avoma:

1. Go to meetings > alerts in your Avoma account or click here.

2. Click on 'Create Alert' and add a name for the alert.

3. Choose meeting filters to define trigger conditions.

4. Toggle the Slack button.

5. Click on Configure Content.

6. Select one or more of the following:

7. Select the channel where you want these alerts to appear.

8. Click on Save your preferences to save and close the window.

9. Click on “Create Alert”.

The next time you receive a meeting alert in Slack, the new sections will automatically appear in the thread.

💡 Note: To send alerts to a private Slack channel, tag the Avoma bot in the channel and invite it when prompted.

You can review, edit, or delete your alerts anytime from meetings > alerts in Avoma.

To help you spot risks and coach your team faster, Avoma lets you receive deal risk, forecast risk, and coaching recommendations directly in Slack as part of your meeting alerts. These insights appear in the Slack thread below the main alert, so you can take action without leaving your workspace.
