Use Templates within Avoma to create a standardized process and save time preparing for upcoming meetings. You can use Templates to prepare for your meetings, take notes during meetings, or review your notes afterward.
There are three ways you can create a new meeting template in Avoma.
Create a new Template from
HOME
- Hover over the upcoming meeting that you'd like to prepare for and click prepare.
- Click on Create New Template in your Template Library,
- Title your Template. You can add a description if you'd like, or leave it blank.
Create a new Template from
MEETINGS
- Scroll through upcoming meetings to find the meeting you want to prepare for.
- Select Create a New Template from the Insert Template drop-down menu.
- Title your Template. You can add a description if you'd like, or leave it blank.
Create a new Template from
TEMPLATES
- Click on TEMPLATES on the sidebar Menu.
- Click on Create New Template.
- Title your Template. You can add a description if you'd like, or leave it blank.
