You can freely assign or remove a license as an Avoma Admin
How to assign a license
- To assign a license, go to the Members setting page of Avoma. This page displays a list of all active members from the organization.
- To assign or update a license, locate the License column and select the type of license you'd like to assign for your active member, as seen in the image below.
How to remove a license
- To remove a license, go to the Members setting page of Avoma.
- locate the License column and assign the user a "Free" or "Basic" license.
NOTE: You can assign a license as soon as your account has been activated by one of our Customer Success Managers. To assign a license, you will need to be set as an Admin within the Avoma platform for your organization. If your license has expired, let us know and we can help a needed.
