Here’s everything you need to know about how it works and what happens next. ### **What functionality is included during the trial?** During your trial, you get **unrestricted access to the Organization plan**, **with all add-ons enabled.** - You can record, transcribe, and analyze meetings. - You can access AI-generated notes, summaries, and follow-ups. - You can access **Conversation Intelligence**, **Revenue Intelligence**, and **Lead Router** add-ons. - You can integrate Avoma with your CRM, dialers, and other tools. ### **Do I need to enter payment details to sign up?** **No.** You can sign up and use Avoma for 14 days without entering your payment details. You’ll only provide payment details if you choose to upgrade at the end of your trial. ### **Can I invite team members during the trial?** **Yes, you can invite as many team members as you want.** We recommend inviting your team so everyone can explore Avoma’s features and evaluate its value for their specific roles. #### What happens when the trial ends? Once your 14-day trial ends: - Your account will automatically switch to a **Viewer role (Free plan)**. - You will still have access to your past recordings, notes, and transcripts. - You will no longer be able to record or transcribe new meetings unless you upgrade to a paid plan. ### **What are my options after the trial?** #### Step 1: Choose your AI Meeting Assistant base plan All paid recorder users in your organization will be on the same base plan.
