How to Comment on a Meeting

Commenting on meeting specifics 

Avoma's Commenting feature allows for details from your meeting to be easily shared across your organization, allowing for streamlined communication.

  1. Once the meeting has been selected,  navigate to the transcript and highlight the section of the meeting you want to comment on.
  2. With the selected portion of the meeting you want to share, select the Comment icon.
  3. Type "@" and select whom you'd like to share this comment and section of the meeting. You can add multiple users from within your organization.

  4. Those mentioned in the comment will be immediately notified via email. This will keep communication to a single platform and allows for the meeting to easily be referenced for any additional context needed.
