What Are Company/Deal Quick Views?
Company and Deal Quick Views allow you to see important details from your CRM at a glance. Customizing your quick views makes it easier to:
- See What Matters: Choose the specific data you want to see for deals or companies.
- Save Time: Quickly access the most important information without searching through unrelated fields.
- Stay Organized: Keep your CRM data neat and structured in a way that works for your whole team.
How to Set It Up
- Navigate to Revenue Insights and click into any Deal or Company record:
- Head to the Properties tab, and click + Add group:
- Choose the CRM fields you want to include. You can pick from Avoma’s built-in fields or any custom fields from your CRM:
4. Organize Your Groups:

- You can create different groups for different types of information.
- If a field is important in more than one context, you can add it to multiple groups.
- Any group you create or edit will be applied to all deals or companies for your entire team. Everyone will see the same view, helping you stay aligned.
