How to configure Quick Views for individual Company and Deal records
Easily organize the information you need from your CRM with custom views.
Quick Views control what information appears inside an individual Deal or Company record in Revenue Insights—not in the Deal or Company dashboards.
This is designed for sellers, managers, and RevOps teams who want a clean, consistent snapshot of key CRM fields when reviewing a single deal or account.
Use Quick Views when you want to standardize what your team sees at the record level, not how lists or pipelines are displayed.
Note: If you’re looking to customize Deal or Company dashboards or lists, see How to customize deal views in the Revenue Intelligence dashboard.

Step-by-step
Configure Quick Views for an individual Deal or Company record
-
Open a Deal or Company record

-
Click into any Deal or Company.
-
This opens the individual record view, not a dashboard or list view.
-
-
Go to the Properties tab
-
Inside the record, select Properties.
-
This is where Quick Views are configured and displayed.
-
-
Add a group
-
Click + Add group.
-
Name the group based on the type of information (for example, Deal Summary, Account Context, or Forecast Signals).
-
-
Select fields for the group
-
Choose fields from:
-
Avoma built-in fields, or
-
Custom fields synced from your CRM.
-
-
These fields will appear directly on the individual Deal or Company record.
-
-
Organize your Quick View
-
Create multiple groups to separate different types of information.
-
Reorder fields within a group for easy scanning.
-
Add the same field to multiple groups if it’s relevant in more than one context.
-
-
Save and apply
-
Changes are saved automatically.
-
The updated Quick View applies to all Deal records or all Company records (depending on what you edited).
-

Tips
-
Design Quick Views for in-record decision-making, such as deal reviews or account check-ins.
-
Keep groups short and focused—this is meant to be a quick scan, not a full CRM replacement.
-
Align with RevOps before making changes, since Quick Views are shared across the team.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Does this affect Deal or Company dashboards?
No—Quick Views are record-specific.

Verify the field is synced to Avoma.
-
Check your CRM field-level permissions.
If the field still doesn’t appear, contact your RevOps or system admin.
