Record a Meeting which Starts Early

If your meeting starts before the scheduled time, you can request the Avoma Bot to join the meeting early by clicking on the "Start Recording Now" button. Note that it can take a couple of minutes for the Bot to join the meeting

NOTE: When using Zoom Cloud Recording, the meeting will start recording when you join the meeting, regardless of the meeting starting early.

If you want to cancel the dial-in, you can click on the Cancel Dial-in button to stop the Avoma Bot from joining the meeting
