Record a Meeting which Starts Early

If your meeting starts early, you can ask Avoma to start recording before its scheduled start time.

 

NOTE:

  • When using Zoom Cloud Recording, the meeting will start recording when you join the meeting, regardless of the meeting starting early. 

  • Zoom Live Streaming is only needed if your team records Zoom meetings with Zoom Cloud. If you record with Avoma Assistant, live features work without it. Which recording method should I choose?

If your meeting starts before the scheduled time, you can request Avoma to record the meeting early by clicking on the "Start Recording Now" button. Note that it can take a couple of minutes for the Bot to join the meeting.

If you want to cancel the dial-in, you can click on the Cancel Dial-in button to stop the Avoma Bot from joining the meeting
