What are Snippets in Avoma?

Instead of rewatching or sharing a full 60-minute recording, Snippets help you bring focus to customer insights, feature requests, objections, or coaching moments that matter most.

They’re ideal for:

• Sharing customer feedback with Product or Engineering
• Highlighting wins or blockers for Sales and Customer Success

• Creating coaching libraries for onboarding and training

How Snippets are created

Avoma now supports two ways to create Snippets:

1. Automatically by Avoma’s AI
After each recorded meeting, Avoma’s AI automatically identifies and creates Snippets based on key discussion moments, topics, or sentiment. These ready-to-share Snippets appear under the Snippets tab as soon as the meeting is processed.
You can review, rename, edit, or delete these AI-generated Snippets anytime.

2. Manually by users
If you want to capture a specific moment yourself, you can manually create Snippets from:

• Transcript tab: Highlight text and click Create Snippet

• Snippets tab: Trim video timestamps or enter start/end times

• Playback bar: Capture a moment while watching the recording
