Navigation within the Avoma Android App

Within the Android interface, there are 5 main tabs, each with specific functionality that correlates to that within the Avoma Web Platform. They include

  1. Meetings
  2. Playlists
  3. Search
  4. Scheduler
  5. Account

Under the Meetings tab, you have access to all upcoming, happening now & past meetings, along with the ability to filter among them. Right from the meeting list, now users can change the purpose/outcome. Moreover, user can share the meeting link by copying the link via the copy icon.

Jump to button will help you to navigate between different types of sections - Upcoming/Happening/Recent (Previous)

When you click into a meeting, you have access to:

  • The recorded video from the meeting
  • The Meeting's listed Purpose and Outcome (or the ability to select one)
  • Call Details (time, duration, host, participants, etc.)
  • Meeting Visibility (Private, Visible to Organization, Public)
  • Four tabs for call analysis
    • Analysis. To understand speaker's talk time & longest monologue during the call
    • Transcript. To view the meetings' transcript
    • Snippets. A listing of any snippets that were created from the meeting
    • Comments. To both see any existing comments or to add any additional collaborative comments

You can use a handy comment button, right from the meeting details to quickly leave a comment.

Skip To Next Speaker, will help you to go to the next speaker by skipping the current one.

Under the Analysis section, we have added individual speaker playback which can be used to listen only to that speaker’s part from the meeting.

Under the Scorecard section, we have added scores for the individual participants given by the other participants or when you have requested a score from the particular participant. By clicking on the View button, the user can see individual scores given by the participant as per the template provided.

Besides Scorecards, we have also added Questions where the user can see the AI extracted questions asked by the participants during the meeting. See More will help you to see all the questions.

Quick tip: Clicking on the three dots will allow you to share the meeting, or add it to a playlist.

NOTE: You can sort the snippets by clicking on the button

Upload Recordings

On the meeting tab, at the top right corner, there is an upload button which will be available based on the license you have purchased. By clicking the button, it will open an additional form where you can select the pre recorded meeting to upload. Additionally, you can provide Purpose and/or Outcome.

The Playlists tab gives you access to playlists that you or your teammates have created and shared with all users in the organization, as seen under the "my" and "teammates" tabs. You can also find a list of playlists that you are subscribed to under the "subscribed" tab. Clicking into the playlists will give you access to all the video recordings that are part of the playlist.

These playlists can be ordered by clicking on the filter button at the top right, which opens up a sort filter. You can sort by:

  • Last Modified Date
  • Total Playtime
